The property was fairly close to the airport and we easily found a parking spot.
Negatives:
The shuttle arrived full both times so we were unable to fit and had to call a ride share. The staff checking us in was extremely rude. The gentleman who checked us out before our flight did not seem to know how to work the computer system causing us to have to wait for him to find someone to verify that we had paid for parking. We waited at the airport for over an hour for the return shuttle but it never arrived causing us to once again have to pay for a ride share.

the location was good for the SFO airport

we were traveling with our 2 young kids, the first room was dirty with chips all under the bed and the toilet was leaking. we asked for a change
the second room was also dirty (cookies under the bed), the kids were too tired we stayed anyway. We were awakened at 4.30am by lot of noise from the laundry room to the point that the two kids could not sleep. we were asked if we wanted to change room again in the middle of the night with 2 young kids and explained that it was part of hotel duties to clean. we believe it is also part of the hotel duty to let us sleep
