Fd staff failed to mentioned that HK has to be requested. I work front desk too so I didn’t make a big deal about it. This should be mentioned to guest at check-in so that they don’t expect it.

The size of the room was great! I loved the couch in the room. It gave us an opportunity to lounge and watch tv as if we were at home. The tub was a surprise (jet streamed)! loved it. I also thought the breakfast options were good.
