Negatives: Very small breakfast room, having to wait for other guests to leave their tables. Personell slow to fill up breakfast "buffet"

Negatives: I just don’t like that the building was seperated to the other, that we have a disabled person & have to use car just to go across the other building. we felt like we were abandoned in the other building, we have to walk across the railroad in freezing cold just to go have breakfast at the other building, they should have a bridge that connects to the other building make easier or convinient for the disabled guests and during our stay of 3days -2 nights (no one clean our room until we leave) - they should change the rules every 2days at least someone should clean the room.

Negatives: We called the front desk to find out how much a toothbrush cost. They gave us a number in the 2-dollar range. Once we walked over, they said, “Now it’s $5.99.” How does the price go up? I thought that was very unprofessional. My key kept not working for my room. They didn’t inform us of a car parking fee. When I asked why they didn’t tell me, they said it was on the bottom of the parking pass. It shouldn’t be a secret. I called to see if they knew if the eggs at breakfast were dairy-free, and they had no idea. The front desk woman we had to check out with was rude and didn’t seem to care. I asked for a receipt, and she told me booking.com would provide one. I asked again if that meant she couldn’t just give me one. Again, she said no. Once I learned about the parking fee, I asked for a receipt for the parking, and guess what? She was able to give me a receipt for the whole stay! I don’t appreciate laziness and incompetence.

Negatives: The hotel was not suitable for family and we stayed there only for one night (11 sep 2024) and leave there in the morning of 12Sep 2024 and they didn’t refund the remainder of my money back to my card. I payed for 5 night and stayed there for only one night

Negatives: Staff on breakfast room are really friendly and helpful plus accommodating when I ask for bananas.

Negatives: Nothing.

Negatives: Airport shuttle bus was over 20 minutes late.

Negatives: Little pricey

Negatives: We stayed in room 307. The new carpet was stained with bleach which looks really tacky. I believe that this could be fixed with some of the right colored Sharpie. I fix stains all the time on my clothes with colored Sharpies. It was annoying that there was no hair drier. I called the desk and requested one, but housekeeping never brought it. When I tried to take a hot shower, it never got really hot.

Negatives: I did not like the breakfast they don’t serve fresh cheese or ham or anything of the sort. Muffins were packaged. If they change a bit, their breakfast, this hotel willbe better rated
