The staff is extremely rude. They called me after 2am to see if Im still coming after I canceled my trip within a reasonable time days before. Then they charged my card the full amount. I was going to rebook to scatter my dads ashes. NEVER AGAIN!

The hotel staff at front desk was excellent and kind. The room was fine.

I was told the windows would open a little, but this was not the case at all. I was misinformed. I will not stay in a hotel that doesn't have fresh air in room. The other La Quinta in SF is much better with balconies and fresh air!
