Room had an odor, had to crack windows to air out. At one point, the hallways and the room smelled like smoke although it was a nonsmoking room.
Everything was dusty and didn’t seem clean. Some of the towels and pillowcases were stained as well as the bathtub. After staying a few days, I requested a new set of towels and it took a few hours, a few phone calls and a visit to the front desk to finally get them. And of course, they too were stained.
Some of the plates stored in the cabinet were dirty so had to wash everything before using.
The outside of the refrigerator was sticky and confusing to open.
The carpet was very worn and didn’t seem clean.

Positives:
The bed and room were exceptional. I thought the breakfast could have been better. It was very quiet. That was a concern of ours, being close to the airport. VERY comfortable room. The room was very clean, air temperature perfect, as I noticed we couldn't adjust the temperature
Negatives:
I thought there would have been a restaurant on the premises, and I wasn't aware of the paid parking. That was a surprise as well.
