I was told I had to pay $16.50 per night for parking mandated by South SF. Child being pulled down the hall by a huge pitbull that barked all night. Their fee for incidental was $250. Overall, room nice, policies not nice. Will not be returning.

Newly renovated which is a big improvement from the broken furniture and stained carpets a year ago. We like the waterfront location and nice landscaped path along the water. House staff seems very short handed but friendly.
Negatives:
$15 dollars a day for parking is an absolute ripoff. Theres nothing special about the parking lot security wise and theres plenty of space. Thin walls. If youre not on the top floor, you hear every step above you. If theres a family with children above your room, its super loud. The heavy doors to the rooms slam really load! Just poorly designed, not well thought out. Breakfast hours are a joke: 6:30 to 8am on weekdays, I think till 9 on weekends. Its like they dont want you to come to breakfast. House staff was friendly but understaffed and the front desk people pretty indifferent, not happy to be there. Next time well book an air bnb in the area.

Renovated nice location but expensive parking and poor service.
Positives:
Great room for our family. Two bedrooms each with queen beds and a pull out sofa. Spacious living area and kitchen. Nice views of the bay. Better breakfast than expected with nice options to choose from.
Negatives:
Airport shuttle pickup can be frustrating. Waiting about :40 minutes and called the property several times.
