equidistant to SF downtown and other areas like Burlingame, Foster City, etc.
Negatives:
The food situation was terrible. The breakfast at the sister Sonesta was not good at all. Similarly the breakfast and lunch at the Marriott next door was not good and had very weak service. The other lunch and dinner options were mediocre at best.
Given the lack of food options, the "snacks" at my Sonesta were awful---a few bags of chips, one lonely energy bar that looked like it had been there a while, etc. Very disappointing.

Was able to book two rooms next to each other with a fantastic waterfront view. Rooms were big, and clean, and the hotel staff was friendly.
Negatives:
The drain in the bathtub was not working properly on the first night, so we notified the front desk the morning after. They then quickly fixes the problem so bonus for the quick response. I also don't like how you have to pay for parking considering this isn't in a very busy or populated area, and there are ton of empty spaces.

I booked a room with a balcony and did not get a room with a balcony. I've stayed there every week for the last month and still did nothing to try and accommodate me in any way. Was loving this property until now. And after walking around the outside it looked like there were several room with balconies available. Very disappointed as I would of loved to make this property my go to.

The room is clean and the location is good. It is very close to the airport. However, the surrounding restaurants are far away.

The hotel's breakfast is really bad. Bread, canned drinks, no hot food. The waiter can help you heat it up in the microwave. So next time I won't book a room with breakfast.
