I did not like having to pay for parking. That was unacceptable. No microwave. I had to ask for one. Unacceptable. I booked two queen beds for three adults. I have a queen bed at home. Those are full beds. That’s unacceptable. No way that’s so uncomfortable little tiny vent for the AC, I will never stay at any Sheraton ever again. You guys are overpriced. No breakfast offered. It was bad. If you have to stay in Stanford for medical, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking. You shouldn’t have to pay for extra taxes. We don’t want to be there. it’s not our fault. Our daughter needs a transplant . I’d much rather stay at a Motel 6 you are an overpriced Motel 6 $900 for two nights when we’re already struggling the first time and the last time I will ever stay at a Sheraton motel you should have better beds have huge convention centers. You can’t even offer a danish With parents that are already stressed out. This is the last thing we need now I can’t make my rent because I wasn’t counting on $120 tax. I wasn’t counting on $17 a day for parking. Where else am I supposed to park will never stay at any Sheraton motel anywhere in the world and my husband travels all over the place and he’s telling his boss do not ever book a Sheraton motel . The bedding was old meaning the comforter feathers were coming out everywhere out of the pillows. I pulled a feather out of my freaking nose for the amount that I paid. You guys should at least have better beds and better comforters. I wouldn’t even let my dog use that comforter that was in the hotel room, but I do have major allergies, never again never again

The location is great with walking distance to Stanford, university ave Palo Alto and trains. Nice pool area with a restaurant. We had a great time and would love to come back!

Very nice room and facilities. Staffs are friendly too. Great location right by the caltrain station and close to downtown Palo Alto as well as Stanford University.
Negatives:
No free parking and no microwave in the room. I also wish the price was lower but I guess everything is expensive in Palo Alto....
