The TV guide did not line up with the channels and this happened also in another room earlier in the year. The breakfast is minimal: waffles, toast, muffins, oatmeal and bananas, two juices and coffee. Other visitors were very noisy in the morning. Another guest/friend left early because of a very loud arguing couple next door to him.

Got charge twice for the room did not get my money back

The staff was friendly when I checked in.
Negatives:
First off we got stuck in the elevator, then when we got to our room the key did not work, I had to walk back to the front desk the gentleman ran my card through a card reader said I was good to go walked back to my room card still didnt work, I called the front desk from my cell phone he came over and let us in the room , when we left we tried our key again and it did not work, I then went back to the front desk, he was super busy and said he will check out the key when he was done, I left the key with him when I returned later in the evening he said he had to switch my room. The second room I was put in smelled like smoke but it was late and my kids were tired so we stayed in the room the next morning when I left the room to go to my car when I came back the key didnt work again,. I had to walk to the front desk again and get a new key. Overall the stay was very bad, I will not be staying here again.
