Our body wash was empty for our entire 3 night stay. Weird it wasn’t refilled, we even removed it off the wall the 2nd day and they didn’t refill it or replace it.

The coffee machine wasn't operable and asked for replacement multiple times which did not happen. I would have expected better service in a four star hotel. I wasn't able to even have a morning coffee before workout.

Hotel is tucked in and feels like a retreat even it’s right beside freeway and major roads. Very convenient location. Food at the restaurants were a bit disappointment but very reasonably priced.

The staff were awesome and super friendly. I loved the style of the hotel and all the seating outside. The decor was unique and I loved it! There was a great bar in the hotel that was also opened to the pool area.
Negatives:
Our sliding glass door wouldn’t open and our toilet made loud noises. The location of the room wasn’t that great as we could hear people coming off the elevator and in the side doors. It was pretty loud at times. The pool area look awesome, but it was small and overly packed. As for the food options, not a lot of kid friendly food if that’s what you are looking for. The menu had more of a fancier food vibe.
