Very nice hotel but pricey

We loved the hotel! Everyone was so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were excellent and the decor cool and funky. We ate breakfast and dinner which were both delicious. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many staff working so hard but unobtrusively. Great location for bus, metro and driving.

Our rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was nice, loved that it had bar and food service. They also featured movie night at the pool. Made reservations at the restaurant on site, it was busy but food, service and atmosphere was great! Would recommend you make a reservation. So glad I did, wait time was 2 hours at 8pm. Will come back again.

Wow! Lovely little hotel and property. The hotel is really nice, very clean and well laid out. Super friendly and helpful staff. I mean everyone was really there for the guests. Very professional. There's a nice restaurant, smallish but fun pool/spa area, drinks and food available in the pool area so you can have lunch and a swim. (Wait a half hour!) There's a cute little boutique, gift shop with a nice assortment of items you wouldn't expect in a gift shop. ;-) The room was a little tight, with a small balcony and view of the pool area. Nice, clean comfy bed. Clean, nicely appointed bathroom. I especially liked the shower gel, shampoo etc in the shower and I'm a bald guy. The location was ideal for a visit to Universal City, Hollywood, and the San Fernando Valley areas. They even have a shuttle to Universal Studios, but didn't experience that for myself. They also have events scheduled throughout the week, including showing movies in the evening by the pool. I imagine families would really love this place.
