Homeless persons everywhere , old carpet rolls and rocks in parking lot. When i went to smoke in the morning and then tried to get back into main entrance my card wouldnt work and reception wouldnt answer the phone because she was fast asleep. I could see her sleeping through the window at 6.00 am. had to walk around to find a door that worked

PM and night shift were rude and very unhelpful.
Upon check in the old guy at the desk was rude and unhelpful he had an attitude the whole time, he couldn’t find my reservation and he kept telling me that I was a the wrong location I WAS AT THE RIGHT LOCATION!! He couldn’t find my reservation because I was already checked in since 2:45pm it was just weird because I arrived at 10:30pm so I guest all this was on their end but he kept blaming the on me. plus he had me waiting in the lobby for at least 5 min because no one was at the desk.

Even though staff was aware before we checked that there was a missing shade for the window they placed us in the room and said nothing until we complained. It is extremely disconcerting to sleep in a hotel room and feel like people can see in. There was a basic “see thru” shade and the blackout shade was missing so at night walking around had to keep the light off if I wanted privacy. We mentioned a couple of time that the refrigerator was missing and they were surprised every time. They fixed both issues on day 2. They didn’t have another to put us in and we discovered the issue at 9pm too late to find another hotel. Still waiting on promised partial refund.
