The rooms windows don’t open so ventilation is all centralised. This means there is always some kind of noise coming from the vents and if you are a light sleeper this can be very annoying.

It was very nice and clean! Also when we were eating breakfast the kitchen staff was very nice and helpful

The receptionist on the first day didn’t really bother telling us everything about the amenities of the hotel and wasn’t very friendly. Also, there was too much noise coming from other rooms due to the restroom door and also the hardwood floor

Good breakfast comparative to other hotels in the area, though no variety - all the same every day. Stayed there for 5 nights. Choice from only 2 ala carte eggs dishes. Buffet was very good and staff friendly

Had the breakfast included , but was not showing in the system. Finally got these coupons for breakfast. The whole process was messy. Then the server brings a weird bill that is discounted so that you can leave a tip on the credit card. Had to run my card for just the tip. The whole thing was awkward and I travel a lot.

The lack of food options during the day, coming off of an international flight and exhausted, you don’t want to have to eat snacks for a meal or try to find food when you don’t know what’s around that location. There is no room service, midday food options that are easily accessible. The coffee in the lobby should be kept out all day for guests to come down and pour a cup for themselves, instead of just at breakfast. Value for money is not the best because of the lack of food. Breakfast is basic
