Terrible location! Hard to find and get to! Parking is limited! Reception floor had a big puddle of some sort of liquidthe staff seemed nonchalant about getting it up to prevent a fall! Key cards didnt work either! Inconvenient to say the least with no form of discount offered!

The room was great, but housekeeping didn't check the frig and there was rotting, stinking food in it. It smelt so bad we couldn't even put our drinks in it.

I have zero complaints about the cleanliness of the room, and centrality of the location. It was a great stay overall, and I'll be back again for sure.
Negatives:
A few issues came up on my end which staff were quick to respond to and accommodate. That said, the communication aspect was a bit of a hit and miss prior to my stay (due to one of my bookings not appearing on the system), but was met with better staff during my visit.
