Breakfast was not good ...very limited options with lower than avg quality. The bed/bedsheets were not cleaned and smelling with the Balm / ointment used by previous customers. When requested for the room cleaning , I was told that cleaning service is provided only twice in a week and since I was staying there for only 2 nights , it wont be provided. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom/restroom . When complained about it , I was told that the facility is old and it is not designed to have any exhaust fans , none of the rooms have exhaust fans. I was charged for the parking for 2 nights which wasnt clearly communicated to me .

There was no stairs, so one was forced to take the elevator. These elevators were really damp and musky and old.

i forfeited my $--- to stay at this hotel because i didnt have $250 for the outrageous deposit they wanted. I ended up leaving early because I couldnt afford to even have them "hold" that on my card. It would have taken 5- 10 days to get it back.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. Having a breakfast included was convenient. I felt like the hotel was in a safe location. It was easy access to a freeway. The front desk staff were extremely friendly.

A tiny bit dated, but overall, a very good value for having a suite with a kitchenette. Would definitely stay there again.

#1) The staff: The staff (especially a lady staff) does not necessary look things from a customer perspective. Though I booked at a daily rate of $----/day, they still demand similar charges for even 2 hours of early check-in or 1 hour of delayed check-out
