Negatives: No key for the duration of the stay as their key encoder was not fixed.

Negatives: The fact that there was no key and had to be let in makes me think of the privacy issue of staff being in your business and keeping track of any and everything going on. Not having access to my paid room and having to report to the office is not satisfying as a frequent hotel user. They say they have no keys for access but they have their key cards. Also the other motel 6 north locations has keys so I left south and went to north motel 6 and have no privacy issues at the north location.

Negatives: Wouldnt accept same card I used online. Luckily I had another card or he was going to refund my money and we traveled from chico ca many miles away my family of 6 wouldnt have had no where to stay. Online didnt explain I needed another card or anyone elses IDS luckily we had them. It took a lot longer to check in when we were tired needing to use a restroom after our long travel. I have never had so much trouble at a motel 6 I usually am pleased.Bed uncomfortable. Hot water went out in shower quick. Remote battery was dead asked front desk to replace he switched out with another remote that power and volume button werent working. No coffee pot in room tiny fridge couldnt put my food to go box in it. There was animal poop 2 doors down from our rooms upstairs the whole time. They should be on top of it. It was gross to walk pass and avoid stepping in it.
