I didn’t stay because it sounded as if other guest were shooting fireworks right outside my door. You would think when booking a room made for sleep and rest that you could do so but that was not the case.

The mattress wasn’t that comfortable! There was no coffee kerigs in the room or complimentary shampoo/conditioner. Also no microwave!

Staffs are friendly and helpful. They helped clean my room again after I had allergic reactions to the dust in the air conditioner. They were very reasonable to allow me to cancel the rest of the days after my allergic reaction went worse.
Location is good, just south of the highway 101 exit.
The room is clean in general. The window is openable compared to the fixed window in Motel 6 North across the street.
The price is relatively cheaper than surrounding hotels in this area with no hidden fees.
Negatives:
As a highly allergic person, I was constantly coughing in the room and the air conditioner was not maintained well with dusts blowing out. There was mold in the ceiling in one of the rooms I lived.
The wifi was slow, only 3.x mbps download speed which doesn't allow me to watch videos or have a video conference in the hotel room.

There was no hot water for the shower, each night I was there. The water got slightly lukewarm, enough to actually get in the shower. It wasn't because of timing either, I tried showering at different times and still the same.
