Its a regular hotel like any 3 start hotel
Negatives:
They fail to mention anywhere that there is a $12 per day parking charge!!! and after Left charged my credit card some $24.
This kind of deceptive hidden charges not explicitly disclosed upfront is bad practice for Mariott. Go for other honest options.

Hotel looks nice and was clean
Negatives:
Hotel did not explain to us that parking on the property was not complimentary in the garage. At $22 a night (and there is literally no other location to park anywhere near the property) it jacks up your stay by 20%. I’ve never been charged for parking on site for a hotel before. Ridiculous. I’ll never stay here again! Also the beds were awful! I could barely sleep each night.
