Ant invasion first night. Dishes and glasses in the cabinet were filthy. We thought they were permanently stained until we ran them through a dishwasher cycle to realize housekeeping simply wasn't thorough.
Also disclosure of paid parking would have been nice to know when the reservation is being made.

Overall very good. Breakfast was better than average
Negatives:
Grout in shower and bottom corners looked moldy. Side parking spaces were too narrow even for smaller cars. Impossible to open car doors without hitting next car. This may be the reason I won’t stay there next time.

Clean room. Fast internet. Nice Breakfast each morning. Best of all, outstanding staff! Original reservation for three days. Everyone from Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance personnel smiling, pleasant and helpful. Exteded my stay to eight days.

This hotel stay was wonderful. The location is convenient to shopping and public transportation-all in walking distance. The staff was exceptional-always friendly and helpful. The facility is well kept and clean, and the daily breakfast was great!
Negatives:
My only complaint was that a few mornings the oatmeal was much too watery, soup-like, which wasn't good. Sometimes the foods ran out and weren't replenished while still within the breakfast times. Sugar-free syrup would be nice for diabetic guests.

I had lots of ants in my room! they were coming from inside the closet into the bathroom, desk and kitchen. they even got to my clothes. that was awful and the stuff couldn't help when I reached to them, beside giving me 70% alcohol.
