Unfortunately the sink handle stopper was broke and maintenance was not around to fix. stayed back up all three days of our stay. When I asked to use an iron they were all checked out and people using them do not bring back until they check out. So I was never able to use an iron. When I went to use the microwave there was someone passed out on the floor so the front desk called 911. Thank God they were all right. the front desk said there was another microwave I could use on the other end but when I went to check it out there was NO microwave and the ice machine was broken. I told the front desk of course they had no knowledge that the microwave was missing nor the ice machine not working. Maybe there never was a microwave i'm not sure. Front desk was nice but could be more helpful. Last time I stayed at this hotel it was called Red roof. so it been awhile. I do appreciate one of the front desk staff did offered to move us next door for the inconvenience of the broken sink, plus it had a bigger bed from a queen to a king, but we declined because there was no sofa to sit on only the bed.

First i called the property i ask if they have grilling area they answer yes and i book the room and i prepare for bbq upon arrival they told me no bbq area i was upset 2nd the pool was so dirty 3rd the front desk are very rude I can’t imagine how the front desk are rude. Front desk at sunday morning he doesn’t know how to approach customers i ask for late check out and he asnwered me no by shouting i don’t recommend this place if that person still working there
