I like the location and I normally like staying here. It's normally quite for the location. Behind desk normally friendly but this time the guy was rude disrespectful and just plain powertrip from a previous customer.

First pull in cops all around our front,go to office there arguing with a quest he was kicked out or not sure what but they let him carry on by the door I or others couldn't check in,I stood out front half an hour waiting my opinion could have been handled better and I. A much better manner.i believed was undertrain for such a. Incident. The shower curtain was falling off wall,air conditioner cover was falling off,they gave no amenities, no soap no shampoo, conditioner, no coffee or even coffee pot in the room. Needed a room deodorizer. My worst room I have ever got here or at any other places I've stayed. Very unhappy
