The worst experience ever. I checked in at 5:30,pm: electricity outage at 11 p.m., no backup power, no AC all night n morning, and my room was infested with flees. I had to leave the hotel with 2 toddlers. I had to cancel my weekend plans

I like the location and that the room was clean.
Negatives:
The room key didn't work at all. So we always had to make sure someone stayed behind to let us in the room. We also had to stand in the hallway for ten minutes and wait for someone to let us in with our belongings.The staff gave me excuses about why it probably wasn't working. But never made the effort to correct it. I also reserved the room with the queen bed and a sofa bed, didn't get the correct room and they also made excuses about that.
