Negatives: The place is filthy and the room smells like mold. It's not worth paying $150.00 for one day. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! I am disappointed. Carpet has several stains and the hall smells like a wet dog. I AM NOT GOING BACK EVER. GO somewhere else if you want to sleep comfortably.

Negatives: There was a water leak in my room and the clerk told me he wasn’t the maintenance man. I insisted he look as water was leaking from the ceiling and he said he’d inform maintenance. They didn’t offer me a new room, I had to request one. The one they moved me to was much smaller than what I had. I requested a refund for the difference in rates and the clerk said the manager would call me but she never called. I checked out the next day, two days early. The clerk told me she couldn’t issue a refund unless I called Booking.com which I did immediately. I did receive a refund for the two nights , but did not receive a refund for the difference in room rates.

Positives: Conveniently located near numerous restaurants and shopping centers, and less than 10 minute drive to the beach.

Negatives: This property may look fine from the outside, but interior condition is in need of updating. The HVAC seem to be in poor condition with musty odor throughout the hallways and the guest room. Bathroom is dated and in need of renovation. Linens and towels didn't feel all that clean and worn out.

Positives: a Nothing except for the one staff member that was real nice the day I arrived she explained to me that she was changing me for two nights only and not for three nights because it was 1pm when i arrived then she looked on her computer and thay had taken out the first night already she said she would tell her boss in the morning and see what she could do I told her I called twice and told them ide be arriving around 1pm or 2pm because there was a big accident on the freeway so that socks big time

Negatives: Breakfast socks big time the muffins thay give you are hard and not tasty there horrible the coffee is cold and when you tell them thay got an attude about it thay answer you with a smirk like the room has roaches we found two in the bathroom and on the bed the attendance are rude thay anser you because thay have to man these hotel charges you an arm and a leg but it's not worth it it needs improvement badly if I knew it was going to be like this ide never stay here again
