Positives: Nothing

Negatives: Everything, the first contact was with Janice and she was rude and her uniform shirt was dirty. The room we got was filthy and we had to wipe down everything. We used the towels to sleep on top of the bed because the linen stunk and I was scared to get under the covers and the bathroom was old and worn down. We asked for face towels and the night attendant said that they did not have any and that this was not a fully functional hotel. The tv didn’t have a remote and when we asked for one, they gave us a broken one. There was animal hair all over the luggage carrier and the hotel smelled very musty
