Ginger Cafe- I loved being able to dine-in. The breakfast was delicious and affordable. Did not need to leave the property to get something to eat unless I wanted to. The staff is extremely nice/polite and helpful. Also loved the welcome/thank you bag, excellent gesture.

Everything was great but I would have liked a microwave in the room to heat up leftovers.

I was first given a room that smelt like smoke I notified the front desk they had me back down to move me across the way. Once I finally feel asleep my husband and I were awoken by loud noises which sounded like a door opening and closing I notified the front desk they said they would send security but nothing changed. We eventually figured out there was a dog scratching the middle door crying and barking all night the owner was also throwing a ball against the wall. Our sleep was terrible and we were exhausted. Hopefully our next stay here is better.

Positives:
The man that was in a suit in front desk, he was straight forward and knew my wants. Also resolve issue problems, I find it amazing.
Negatives:
The Asian lady staff, she was not a people friendly. She constantly confused me. She didn’t knew on how to resolve any issues. She felt confused, she was invariable. The employee needs training, also not properly trained. She needs to get fired, not come back to work.

The location was decent and the staff was really nice. The rooms were OK, on par for the price. No issues with the hotel itself, aside from our bug incident.
Negatives:
Aside from the things we liked, I’m pretty sure my friend and I had bed bugs. Asked them to check and they said they’d redo our beds and call us if they found anything. They never called and our beds we redone, so we figured everything was OK. However, we kept waking up with new bites that would be under clothes and impossible to have gotten outside the room. We also slept in two different beds. Man at the front was nice and gave us a day off our stay, but after coming home and having to toss things in fear of bringing them home with us, I feel like they could’ve maybe been a little more generous. Also tried contacting them to see if they found anything after the fact. Best friend and I had around 60 total collective bites. Maybe not bed bugs but have no idea what else they could’ve been, so just be cautious (we were on the 7th floor).
