The room appeared to be clean until I saw the cockroach. Breakfast wasn't included but that is stated in the reservation. The $10 breakfast appeared to be the usual food items you would get from places that include breakfast, nothing special.
Negatives:
The small cockroach on the wall in my room. The write ups on this hotel were not great but for the price $160/night, I thought I would give it a try for a one-night stay. I was comfortable at first, thinking this isn't bad, until I saw the bug.

The housekeepers do an amazing job at cleaning the rooms. They’re clean and come with a comfy bed and the dove soaps smell amazing! They also have a washer and dryer on site that a great price!
