Some of the staff was kind and helpful.
Negatives:
Other staff wasn’t very kind. Didn’t really care about our situation. Someone was in our room while we were gone and made a pallet on the floor. There was wet stuff dropped on the floor also. The said no one outside of staff was in there. I said could it not have been staff? Is there anything that we can do about this. They said no. Because they didn’t feel staff would do that. So we weee left uncomfortable.
