It's a $30 to $40 Uber ride for food & drink. The couch in the room was torn in 2 places, and writing on the wall was probably done by a child. Carpet in the hall and room old and dirty. In an industrial area.

Staff did not look friendly when we checked in. Rude. She even charged extra fee just on the other side the highway to be quieter. No sympathy at all to accommodate. Outdated and dirty.

The rooms are always pretty clean and the hotel itself is quiet. There is free parking included, free wifi, and the TV's are decent with Netflix etc capability. There is on-site laundry for those staying longer and a gym & pool.
Negatives:
Only once when I was transferred rooms there was a rag on the floor and a half eaten rack of ribs in the mini fridge that had been sitting there for some time.
