The receptionist had a bad attitude, the room stank, the blankets had holes, there were cockroaches, the sink was leaking and the water was leaking. It was one of my worst experiences!

Firstly, false advertisement. Rooms do not look like shown in pictures. Almost none of the outlets worked. Front desk attendant was rude and charged us a $100 cancellation fee to my debit card even though we payed our total in cash. Also, breakfast was offered but there was no breakfast, just nasty coffee.

It looked like there was dead bed bugs on the mattress a flea was on me as well. Really dirty and not maintained hotel falling apart. Lots of vagrants or permanent tenants who make you fearful of being robbed. Lamps has no shades power sockets had no face plates.

The uncleanliness of the rooms I had broken glass all over my floor when I walked in there were no towels, half a roll of toilet paper and blood on the walls my towels that I had exchanged for clean ones were black because the floor was not cleaned or ever cleaned and then made wanted to know why my towels were black I said because the floor was dirty. There were two towels. I turned my towels in at 10 AM both days and I never got them back.
