Superb
Positives:
Localisation is very good, the shuttle to the parc is very practical but you can also take a quick walk and go to the park by yourself (7 to 10 min). The room had a nice view on the park, was spacious and had a comfy bed. There is a pool, jacuzzi and fitness center and ice machine which is quite cool too.
Negatives:
The restaurant for the breakfast was so bad… I prepayed a breakfast on internet (23dolls / pers but turns out its only a very little part of the buffet (nearly nothing, one of the worst buffet I ever went to, either in terms of quantitu but also in quality, bad taste, dry croissants, absolutely not the standing of an Hilton Hotel…).
If you want « full » buffet (hot stuff) you need to pay an extra of 10 dollars/pers. We feelt « traped », and the service was bad also, exept for one old guy who was very kind and excellent in his job.
Once they charged us something we didn’t take (for 52 dollars), I had to fight to get it removed, and they did not even apology for the mistake.
Also the room is quite outdated, again, thsi is not the standing they sell you.
Pool is nice bit very cold.
As we were in the 21st floor, we had free wifi, but I heard its not the case for all the clients, if youre not on the executive floor : you have to pay a fee for the wifi.

Average, not really worth the...
Positives:
The hotel close to the Universal Studios. There are nice pools with just a few vineyards. We paid 45$ per 1 night for the parking a car. They have a brilliant refill water system on the first floor. In spite of busy and overcrowded district, it was quietly and comfortably in the room.
Negatives:
There are no shuttles to the studio, and the walk way takes 15 minutes under the hottest weather.

Positives:
The location is amazing, the rooms clean, the pool is gorgeous.
Negatives:
Hotel is very busy and booked full, so wasn’t able to check in early. The hotel had a very corporate/big hotel feel with a convention of real estate agents and another of cheerleaders staying. Nothing wrong with it- just not our scene. Parking, and restaurant/room service were prohibitively expensive. We ended up ordering a pizza from a nearby restaurant and had it delivered for half the price of the pizza in the hotel.
