Negatives:
Even though the hotel is pet friendly you cannot leave your pet in the room unattended. This is not pet friendly to me. So we missed out on Universal Studios which was the reason for our stay.

The elevators dinged everytime they arrived on the floor and we could hear it from our room. Breakfast was buffet-quality but we paid table-service prices.

All of the staffs we met were very friendly, especially those at the breakfast cafe, and kind to my children. Breakfast was good, nice variety and warm.

There were many things I disliked. Room was dirty and had an old smell. Sheets looked wrinkled and dirty, when I lifted a pillow there were hairs on the sheets. I called front desk and they just said they were going to send someone to change our sheets, I asked if there was a different room we could move to because there was also people smoking pot outside and I was with my toddler, the smell was strong. They said all rooms were booked and unable to accommodate us. I waited over an hour and housekeeping still had not come to change our sheets. Went to talk to front desk he was not helpful, manager couldn’t do anything to help us. Waited another 30 minutes no housekeeping, called again, we waited at least 2+ hours mind you this was around 9pm. AC unit was super loud, shower had mold, old dirty carpets and floor, tv kept freezing. Disappointed even manager couldn’t help us. Valet service was rude, lady scratched my brand new car and the guy when we arrived had no customer service skills. For the amount of money we paid they did not meet our expectations and will never stay here again.

-parking cost way too expensive per night on top of the $1000 we paid for hotel for 2 nights
-attitudes of some staff members
-housekeeping entered room while we were away for the day even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door and told them cleaning wasn't necessary.
-breakfast wasn't included in price of stay
-1 elevator was broken
-room small and dated
-no microwave
-no smoking allowed on balcony
