I had reservations but when I arrived ( after driving from Seattle Wa) they did not have a room. The whole reason I chose this property was because my son was part of the Legacy solar team. I wanted to spend a little time with him and meet his coworkers. I was sent to Hyatt House so this defeated the whole reason that I came with him. He is moving to Colorado after this work trip. It was an expensive and unsatisfactory trip. Thanks you

If I could rate this zero stars I would. Got told I would have to pay for bloody towels and shower damage when I slipped in the shower due to the rubber mat sliding and had to go to the emergency room because it was so deep and so much blood. I received stitches and still received zero accommodation and all they wanted was an accident report. Completely did not feel taken care off and should have had better shower floors.
