Negatives: I don’t have anything to say bad.

Negatives: The elevator was kinda gross. And the Sausage was hella gross.

Negatives: Constant discrepancies between the GM and his staff. We were put next to an exit door due to our service puppy yet my husband was accosted early one morning on the way to a AKC competition by the property security manager "BONG," and the front desk staff a fellow named DRAKE. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ON STAFF speak ANY english and the few who do, are rude and brief (Front Desk- Evangaline - sp)- another by the name of FLORENCE tells guests innaccurate facts- for no known reason. Floor 2 of this property is where the "laundry" is housed. When I asked Florence if your key card was needed to enter- she confidently replied "no," further instructed me to turn in the wrong direction when exiting the elevator on Floor 2. Further there is no signage to indicate which direction the laundry can be found. Only a sign to the ice machine- so ok is one to presume the ice box is adjacent to the laundry facility. Finally upon entry to the Floor 2 laundry facilities- we are informed that the washing machines only take liquid detergentent. So, another trip from Floor 2 to Front Desk on Floor 1 dragging my laundry with me. And Florence tells me they only have powder detergent- when I pressed her a bit inquiring why she told me to exit the elevator in the wrong direction, why she told me my key card was not necessary, why no one mentioned the liquid detergent ONLY to be used in the machines- she giggled and said " oh I have never been to Floor 2 to see the laundry facilities." Really? I could go on- but I think my time in proper review is best delieverd to the GM
