The king room is advertised as having a sofa bed and should fit 3 people. The room we were given only had a king bed and no sofa bed. One person had to sleep on the floor. The hotel staff was unable to help and said it was not their problem, it was between me and booking.com.

We booked a king room with a sofa bed. We had 3 in our party. Two adults and a 17 year old. We were given a room with only a king bed. When we called the front desk to say we were given the wrong room by mistake, the girl who answered stated they don’t offer king rooms with a sofa bed anymore. She said they remodeled their rooms and didn’t offer sofa beds, and this is Booking.com’s fault for not updating their site and selling us the wrong room. She stated they would bring us a roll away bed because I reminded her that we are a group of 3. That roll away bed never arrived; then I pleaded for extra bedding so we could try to make it work, the same girl said “yes!” but after returning from dinner, nothing had arrived. Clearly this girl is trained to brush people off and hang up. However, when I complained to the morning front desk person he said we should have been given a king with a sofa bed as we paid extra money for this. So now this king with sofa bed exists? We also paid extra for a harbor view and received a parking lot view with a view of the toilets building, and a partial harbor view.

The morning staff at the kitchen they couldn’t understand English or talking with someone it’s hard for me to communicate with them also she grab the plates from our hands before we could even sit down to eat because we were getting too many pancakes we were taking the plate upstairs to the room to the kids
