We stayed 4 nights, ‘cleaned ‘our room on the second day. They did not take out bathroom trash and did not replace towels.
Did not vacuum also. My sister stayed in another room , room 208 , same situation as above happened to her . So it must be the culture in the hotel. We did not allow them to come back to our room the next day since I don’t trust the staff anymore after I complained the above situation.

I would definitely recommend
Positives:
Great location easy on off highway, restaurants near by and gas station near by. Close to downtown Visalia. Very quiet and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good value. Would stay there again on next trip to Visalia.
