Booked online through Booking.com then when arrived at Motel 6 was asked for $60.00 cash. I do not carry cash and have never been asked to pay cash so I cancelled my room and was still charged through Booking.com. Requested a refund and have not received anything!

The location was good. AC worked well. The lighting and room looked neat. The washroom was also clean and well-maintained. Could have informed us earlier about mandatory cash deposit.

Asking for cash only deposit of 60$. There is no atm nearby to withdraw some money. Poor bedding, worst pillows, sagged and uncomfortable. Cigarettes burn marks on bedspreads. Could be better.

My room had a fishy smell. They gave me another room but with no shampoo inside the room. I was tired of back and forth. Read the tiny letters about a $60 dollars cash deposit.Have ID’s ready for all your guests. Drug addict people outside the hotel. You don’t feel secure. First and last stay for me on this motel.
