Great facilities, exceptionally comfortable beds and pillows, ideal location for our needs with visiting family in Walnut Creek.
Negatives:
The iron in the room needed to be replaced or at least a demineralising treatment, as it spat out gunk that left black marks on my white pants. I reported it to reception staff and they kindly offered to have my pants dry-cleaned. I declined, but was most grateful of the offer.

Poor coordination between front desk and valet. On the night of 10/12, there were cars blocking the driveway causing a traffic jam. Went in to ask help from front desk but was just told valet should be able to take of it. Guests were left on their own to figure out how to get out of the traffic jam mess.

Negatives:
Your "Pet Friendly" policy. You might reconsider this policy. During my last stay at your hotel I was almost attack by two dogs while entering one of your elevators. I got so scared that I didn't go inside that elevaror choosing instead to wait for the next one.
Dogs might not only cause damage to your property but also create a oossible liability to your hotel.

Location was great as I walked over from BART. Room was comfortable. Breakfasts were adequate.
Negatives:
Room had a funny smell when I arrived. It went away when I turned on A/C and fan. But came back periodically.
Had to ask for soap and wash cans didn't have plastic liners. That would have been nice so I could put trash out.

Great practical hotel with good...
Positives:
Check-in clerk Rheem was super nice. Answered all my questions about local restaurants, parking, directions, with patience and smile.
The location is very close to Freeway, making it easy to travel.
Breakfast was fantastic. The made-to-order omelets are delicious. Variety of choices and is open late. On weekends, you can also get chef made pancakes.
Happy hour food is also good.
Suite style rooms are very nice to have a separate work space and TV viewing area away from the bedroom

I don't like to pay extra for parking when the hotel is not in a downtown area. It's like a hidden charge.

The customer service provided was outstanding. Falishia facilitated an early check-in for us. Her assistance was exceptional throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was satisfactory, consisting of a warm American breakfast.

Facilities were good, pool was small and not open due to maintenance. Room was a good size, welcome drinks in evening . Good breakfast . Lovely lady at bar and valet team / cleaners seemed nice

Found false eyelashes stuck to towel, bed was smelly and unsure if clean. No water in room, fridge not working, lamp not working. Pool was closed then being maintained and heavily chlorinated, Parking is with valet and $30 for 1 day - was not clear on booking. Asked staff about parking, other 'options' were not explained.Did not feel heard or valued at room concerns or when asking about pool. Reception staff seemed 'despondent'
