The valet service and staff far exceeded our expectations. The check in staff went out of their way to make us feel valued and welcome. At one point, a hotel manager approached us to make sure we were happy with our stay.
Negatives:
Breakfast buffet needs improvement. Omelet bar did not correctly cook the requested egg selections. The sausage patties and potatoes were cold and not browned. Apple juice dispenser was broken. No decaf regular tea bags. Poor quality blueberry muffins.
Positives:
Hotel is well located within walking distance to BART. Comfortable room, liked the fact breakfast was included. Only complaint was hotel atrium design which means noise easily travels throughout the complex.
Negatives:
Some guests left piles of garbage outside their room (vs calling for housekeeping) since there is no regularly scheduled maid service unless requested.

Was very noisy this trip, talking echoed from the center below. Arrive children next door. Never got quiet.
