Bathroom sink area light was not working. Doors were very dirty. Big hole on bathroom door. Shower walls were dirty and hair all over. Floors were dirty. Door didnt lock when I left the room, only locks from inside.

Don't get me wrong as I expect to stay in this motel again. Two disappointments: 1) The room should have been cleaner, especially the bathroom mirror. 2) I had to allow a $150 refundable deposit on my credit card in case I trashed the place. That I do not like although I guess their clientele may be questionable, so they feel they need it.
Negatives:
The bathroom mirror was neglected. Should have been cleaner and actually needs to be replaced. Rm 107 I was asked to leave a $150 refundable deposit on my credit card. This should be refunded as I left the place in excellent condition. Still, I'm offended with that refundable deposit stuff.

In this case, I was looking for the least expensive place to overnight.
Positives:
Motel 6 remains less expensive than most other hotels. This one was well located for my purpose. Quality is missing but one gets what one pays for. The grounds were well kept and the parking area was well lit. The heater in the room was quiet, a plus!

Horrible. Will never be coming to a motel 6 again in my life.

I liked nothing. They took my $ but canceled the room when I showed up in person due to a misunderstanding. The clerk thought I was attempting to do something weird. He wanted me to have a form of ID I lacked. He canceled the room and would not refund my $. I called your customer service and had the operator inform the clerk that he was to refund my fee but the kid refused. He told me it was my problem and that he didn't have to do a thing. I still have not received $. The app is usually great but this hotel is shady and rude.

Only thing I like was the bath and hot water. Room 201 was by far the worst room /bed I have ever slept on . I have never been in so much pain in my life

The bed it felt I was literally laying on a pile of rocks and if I was laying in the middle of the bed it felt like I was sliding off the bed , if I was laying on one side of the bed it felt like I was falling
