Staff was bad

I tried to contact the hotel after I booked it for that same instant as I had driven for several hours coming in from another state and they had told me that my check in was at 3:30 the following day

I didn't like that they didn't answer my phone calls and that they didn't answer the staff at booking .com.

The hotel that can steal by loopholes
Positives:
The room was clean bed was comfortable. No coffee machine and the office I though was very rude. The outside was very dirty. The tv didnt work no phone in room had to call the front desk from my personal phone to let them know the tv didnt work. They tried to tell what to do over the phone I kept telling them its not working. He wasnt happy he had to come up to fix the tv. He said to give him 15 minutes cause he was helping a customer we waited over 15 minutes my husband had to go down to find out what was taking so long. There were no customers he was helping he finally came up he couldnt get it to work and said sorry its not working. We told him someone needs to fix it I paid for this room and everything should work in it. So he finally said he would put on the internet so the tv should work now. I just think they dont take care of there customers good. So this is why I would never stay there again. I dont like the way we got treated.

Nothing really like I said the property was pretty nasty outside. And there was a lady like maybe a homeless one sitting on the stairs with liquor and smoking and I dont like the smell of smoke.

The Indian lady is so disrespectful and rude constantly. I really hope she has someone she can talk to because no one should ever be always mad and rude ALWAYS like really not even a thank you or enjoy your stay or have a good day. SMDH just a damn shame she can be so rude and disrespectful to people whom are providing you with your cost of living on top of the fact that they invest no money into their business
