Just the Location.
Negatives:
Hotel was not that good as it was shown in the pictures. It was dirty and smelled very bad!!!
Also, they charged my card as a “deposit” for $700 and I have never got it back!!!
When I called them, they told me that they would deposit just $250 back, which was for 3 days parking fee (but I don’t know how was it worth almost $500 when there was written that parking fee was just a $65 for a night and I parked my car just for 3 nights. Oh yes, they said that I used the mini bar, which was just two bottle of water. I didn’t disagree, they could charge me whatever it was but I never get my $250 back!!! They are thieves and liars. I would never get back there.

Pool was closed which is ridiculous for an LA hotel. They should immediately offer you a discount or voucher or something. It’s ridiculous. The service was extremely basic; no energy from staff or enthusiasm.

Positives:
Great location for West Hollywood sights and amenities. A quiet hotel in a leafy suburb just off the strip. Very friendly staff and a great room i upgraded to for not much extra.
Negatives:
The pool area was closed for refurbishment and there was no prior notification of this at the time of booking. The breakfast situation was rather underwhelming - it was easier and better to go out for something to eat.

They did not clean up my room as expected, but they mentioned I should notify the front desk to have it cleaned.
There was too much noise in my room during the night from the room upstairs, and I was with my 11-month-old infant. The night was not good

The room is big and my daughters loved the pool on the roof.
The staff was very nice and helpful, we appreciated having new bottles of water every day.
Negatives:
The price for the valet parking is a bit excessive (65$) considering that there wasn't a clear alternative.

Beautiful location and rooms.
Positives:
The location was great. Easy to walk to local shops, and walk home from restaurants and bars. The happy hour drinks and coffee for breakfast was great. The staff were very friendly! The room size was great with a little balcony, lounge and comfy bed. The pool was closed so didn’t get to experience this

You need to contact the concierge to change your bedding. No water or coffee provided in room
