Positives:
The property and the room itself were both outstanding. Nice aesthetic vibe to the room. Spacious and well laid out. The balcony and the kitchen were both wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well-equipped.
Negatives:
I had a horrible experience with wifi both on my computer and on the in-room TV. The room I was located in had terrible reception (top floor, corner) and I kept getting kicked off of zoom meetings, even after the hotel supposedly arranged for me to have a faster/better connection speed. Additionally, the streaming on the tvs kept going out (Netflix) because the wifi connection was lost. I had to have someone come to the room 4 times to reconnect me. The staff was responsive at each instance, but nonetheless the problems continued over a week long period without ever being fixed. I would stay at the hotel again, but would definitely avoid a top floor, corner room.
