Positives: I hate to say it cuz the service was spot on but..... *unexpected $50 deposit. *crack spoon under my pillow. *killed 2 bugs. water beetle & cockroach. *broken AC (They did try giving me another room but the AC was no better so i stayed put.) *ice machine out of order. In their defense: Despite all that went wrong the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the service exceptional. They were very accommodating as for the next day they had their maintenance guy install a brand new AC in my room. I was shocked. They were super sorry about the spoon. The ice machine was fixed by morning. The pool was refreshing and clean. The grounds were well kept with bags for your pet poo. The kind of people staying there were shady yet non disruptive. Pet owners were responsible with the use of dog leashes. All in all it's a work in progress but getting there. And the service people are kind and more than willing to satisfy they're customers. From the concierge to the maitenance guy to the maids. All get 10 ☆'s. The hotel 8-1/2 ☆'s. Also I paid around $170. For 2 nights. And got my deposit back with no problems.

Positives: The property is nice, out if the Motel6 I’ve seen this one is not bad. The location is nice where you’ll find lots of places nearby to eat and shop. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom nice and clean. AC nice and cold and that it’s a dog friendly place.
