Everything there was cockroaches my daughters got bit by spiders all night when they woke up they had spider bites all over thought they were bedbugs, but I went through the beds and stayed up all night. Couldn’t even sleep while I’m trying to enjoy the family going to the beach and everything, they were very rude at the front desk and the neighbors kept being loud and blessing the radio at midnight I called and let them know they did nothing about it. The room stunk coffee pot no refrigerator no hair blow dryer. usually motels have a little shampoo and conditioner and little things for the guest. They had nothing except a little tiny bar motel six soap. It was very disgusting. My kids were very disappointed and couldn’t even sleep. Hardly they were scared of spiders. my kids have never complained about a stay. cigarette burns in the bedspread and the pillows were hard, and the bed was very dirty when I pulled up the sheets to look for bedbugs do not ever stay here and you’ll regret it.

It was right next to In N Out.

The beds were small and super close together. One was literally up against the AC unit. Police were there a few times. A creepy man about 30 tried to come into my room. The shower was small & had no pressure. There were 2 outlets in the entire room. At 3AM we heard 2 women arguing outside our window. The people above us sounded like they were rearranging furniture the entire 2 nights/3 days we were there. Also the pillows absolutely sucked.

That booking.com canceled my reservation and I had to sleep in the car.

I didn't like that booking.com told me that the property didn't want us to check in. But we spoke to the manager of the property and he even was in a customer service call with us to let booking.com know it wasn't there property who canceled the reservation but it was booking.com
