This hotel unreasonablely deducted the customer's $100 deposit without the customer's knowledge.
Negatives:
After the hotel charged $87.44 for the room rate, it also unreasonablely deducted the guest's deposit of $100. The guest dragged his son and daughter to stay in the hotel late at night. His daughter was only 7 years old, and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, which bit the mosquito bag of the three of us. The child sat on the chair at the customer reception on the first floor of the hotel and had lunch. It's normal, but the hotel staff has a very bad attitude towards it.
