When I checked it, we discovered I had booked the following date. The staff could not change it and told me I had to take care of it online or call Booking.com. I did not have a computer. They would not give me a phone number to contact Booking. I'll not book hotels using that method again.

Location was great. Next to the freeway and fast-food restaurants.
Negatives:
I drove 9 hours and my kids and were extremely tired. I wanted to check in and get my room asap. A non-English speaking person showed up asked the clerk if he spoke Spanish, he responded with no but said "She does." pointing at me. I was taken back, confused. Then he proceeded with saying that I can translate. I felt put on the spot to help, which is fine, I did help translate one question, but I was tired. The room was clean. But my kids and I slept like sh**. The bed was very firm like the floor. Not comfortable at all. Needless to say, we were still tired the next morning.
