Between Tuesday, Nov 5th, 2024 at midnight and Wednesday, Nov 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Wednesday, Nov 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Nov 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 1 day prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy).

Negatives: Beds are not comfortable. Only 4 small pillows for 2 queen beds. Super small pillows. The toilet paper holder was on the opposite side of the room from the toilet, kids could not reach it.

Negatives: When I checked it, we discovered I had booked the following date. The staff could not change it and told me I had to take care of it online or call Booking.com. I did not have a computer. They would not give me a phone number to contact Booking. I'll not book hotels using that method again.
