Positives:
Comfortable beds, great breakfast including waffle maker and egg sandwiches. Good shelving area to put your things. I loved that the lobby area stays open late with a bar and tv area, coffee and hot tea throughout the day.
Negatives:
The parking fees and parking situation. $31 a day is a lot especially when you are staying multiple nights, and don’t have easy access to your car to get things because it is valeted. It’s also 30 minutes outside of LA so I wouldn’t expect parking fees for Woodland Hills. If parking is an issue where the hotel is located in the street, then valet should be complimentary. We just checked in for the second part of our LA trip and again not happy about the parking, nor was a woman I started talking to in the parking lot.

Same food every morning, parking was $31 a night and a &375 hold was put on my card the moment I walked in with no prior notice. Also the fact that I could hear the person above us move every time he or she took a step. It was so loud it woke me up at at least 2 times every night.

Loved how clean the hotel was and breakfast was great.
Negatives:
I didn't like the 75 dollar a day hold and the 31 dollars a day mandatory valet parking plus feeling like I had to tip every time I needed my car. We stayed in a few times just so we didn't have to get our car from the valet and kinda put a damper on my kids vacation.

It is the best hotel we have ever stayed at this price point. The staff was great, the room was outstanding, and the entire place was spotless! My wife said the gym was as nice if not better than some of the 5-star resorts we've stayed at!!
