The staff was really nice and friendly.

Sink didn't drain. Sink water never got hot. A clod of hair was in the shower. We could hear the very loud neighbors perfectly like they were in our room and they were hanging out on the balcony and yelling and talking loud like it was their house. The entire room smelled like stale cigarettes and we weren't able to turn the air on because it smelled even worse than the room. And the door didn't shut out all the light from outside, I could just see right through.

Dirty. Disgusting. Cigarette burns all over even though was a non smoking property. Mold in bathroom. Gross splashes on tv and mirrors.
People upstairs screamed while having sex until 3 am. They stomped until 4 am and blasted music. They honked their horn when leaving at 4 am.
Rude staff. Fraudulently charged our card and had to report the charge to our bank. We paid in full before checking in at booking.com. Staff said we had to refund through booking.com as they refuse to refund their extra charge of the ENTIRE room rate. Again - I repeat we reported them as fraud to our bank. Now we have to get a new debit card.
You should not work with this property. If they did this to us then they will do it to others.

The general cleanliness of the room, in terms of what the cleaning staff can handle, was acceptable. The room itself is somewhere between dingy and gross. It likely last saw a paintbrush 30 years ago (or more). This is an older facility in a not upscale area. I assume the thinking of Motel 6 is that it is primarily farm workers who stay there . . .
