Great location. Super comfortable beds! Lots of good things about the hotel. Overall we enjoyed the stay!

There were always some minor things: like the keys need to be reprogrammed almost every other time Breakfast was ok, but something was always missing (like a coffee machine was not working). Also, the last night of last week we were told that our room was canceled Someone wrote an email with the cancellation. Phew, luckily, the situation got resolved, because it was a glitch in the hotel system. We are thankful, but it was a bit stressful.

Overall enjoyed the stay, yet there is always some room for improvement.
Positives:
Customer service was excellent. They were very attentive to each guest and their needs. The location was perfect, surrounding plenty of restaurants and places to shop within walking distances.
Negatives:
It was not as tidy as I thought it would be. The sink was clogged and needed to be drained, carpet was ripped, and I did not know the kitchen ware needed to be requested. When I sat on the front edge of the bed, it tilted up. The windows were dusty and dirty. I felt I had to clean the room before putting out any of my things.

The room was disgustingly dirty. It smelt terrible, like overused cleaning supplies even though there was still dirt and dust in corners and on surfaces. The windows dont open more than a few inches so it was impossible to get rid of the aggressive smell.

Friendly and helpful staff and clean room. Quiet and secure location at a great price. There were more than enough fresh towels for my seven days stay. Close to restaurants. Safe location.
Negatives:
There are not enough caddies for the guest to transport their luggage. I had to make three trips to get my luggage to my room, and another three trips to take my luggage to my care upon my departure. Leaky toilet, which I reported upon my departure. Should stock more dishes for rental. I was unable to rent a set of dishes/pots and pans.
