The room was very basic and very clean; all we needed was a place to sleep and this fit the bill.

It was a little noisy; sound carries. While everything is expensive these days, it did seem llike the price was a bit higher than anticipated.

A bit 'bare bones', however that's what one can expect for the price. The heating/cooling is manual, i.e. having to get up and adjust for warmer or cooler or to turn it off.
