Staffs especially were great , only concern is the door leading to the side yard is kinda not very safe with high step and no guard rails to slert seniorsm etc, so I had a fall off the concrete step and was lucky without injury on 10_/6 morning

it had everything to do with Booking.com. I never got a confirmation that you received my reservation when I made it I could not find it on any of my credit cards for the stay so I had to end up, renting another hotel and then I found out after the fact that you did set up the reservation. I have always received the time the date for the reservation via email and I never received it from you and when I went online to book.com I could not find it very disappointed on Booking.com not the hotel.
